Quality Policy

The quality policy of the laboratory is: scientific, fair, accurate and satisfactory

Science：Science is the principle that the company has always adhered to, and all staff strive to improve professional knowledge, testing and calibration skills and management levels to ensure that operating procedures are standardized, methods, and results are scientific and reliable.

Fairness：responsible for customers, equal treatment, sincere and fair behavior.

Accuracy：Testing and calibration personnel should be strict with themselves, strive for excellence, improve the level of business, and achieve accurate results.

Satisfaction: Proficient in business, skilled in operational skills, wholeheartedly for customer service is our eternal pursuit.

Confidentiality Commitment

（1）Adhere to professional ethics, strictly keep confidential, protect customers and the company's technology, information, testing data and other business secrets and ownership.

（2）Strictly abide by the confidentiality rules, and properly protect the property of customers and the company.

（3）Never use the customer's technology and information to engage in technology development, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of customers.

（4）Without consent, any information related to testing activities shall not be disclosed to any unit or individual.

 

I am responsible for the confidentiality of all information obtained or generated during testing activities.

Declaration of impartiality

(1) The laboratory activities are not subject to any administrative, commercial or financial intervention, and are not affected by economic interests or other external pressures, so as to ensure the objectivity and impartiality of laboratory activities.

(2) Treat all customers equally and provide fair testing services, earnestly fulfill the contract provisions, timely issue the test report, and ensure the independence and honesty of the test work and the fairness of the test results.

(3) The testing personnel shall be independently responsible for the authenticity of the test data and the accuracy of the judgment conclusion, and shall not engage in any testing work of the unit of the immediate family member, and shall not be subject to interference from business, finance and other aspects. The influence of bribery and other internal and external administrative pressures ensures the impartiality of the objective truth of the testing behavior. Administrative leaders at all levels shall not interfere with their normal testing activities under the management system.

(4) The Company and its personnel shall not engage in activities that have an interest relationship with the testing activities and the data and results issued; Shall not participate in any activities that undermine the independence and integrity of the test judgment; Shall not participate in the product design, development, production, supply, installation, use or maintenance activities related to the test project or similar competitive projects.

(5) The Company and its personnel are independent of the stakeholders involved in the issued test report, and are not affected by any factors that may interfere with their technical judgment, Ensure that the test report issued is true, objective, accurate and complete.

(6) No false test report.
